IAM300 Once Again Selects ClearViewIP Directors as World Leading IP Strategists
For IP Professionals worldwide, June is a significant month in which
Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) releases their list of the
Top 300 IP Strategists internationally. Each year, the industry is asked to submit anonymous recommendations of people they think deserve recognition for their continuing achievements in
IP Strategy.
ClearViewIP are very proud to see the inclusion of two of our Directors within this list, for the
third consecutive year.
Jon Calvert, Managing Director, previously held a number of international R&D business leadership positions in technology businesses. Jon recognised the increasing importance and value of intellectual property and the emergence of IP as an asset class in its own right and consequently founded
ClearViewIP in 2007.
Colin Hunsley, Commercialisation Director, spent many years heading up Technology
Commercialisation teams for high-tech opportunities and gained an outstanding track record of generating substantial revenues from licensing or selling the IP.
Jon's dedication to
IP Strategy also saw him co-found
INTIPSA (The International IP Strategists Association), a not-for-profit community set up to encourage, support and educate IP Strategists worldwide.
His most recent INTIPSA activities have seen him contribute to the INTIPSA column in the
latest edition of IAM Magazine:
'Full Disclosure: the next big thing?'.
Colin's experience in Technology
Commercialisation has led to his involvement with the
Licensing Executives Society (LES), where he is on the council of LES Britain & Ireland. Within LES, Colin focusses on Healthcare, due to his significant experience of medical devices, and he is currently involved in setting up the LES Healthcare Committee.
ClearViewIP would like to congratulate both
Jon and
Colin for once again being recognised as leading IP Strategists worldwide.
IAM will be distributing copies of the IAM 300 and the latest edition of their magazine at IPBC, Boston this week. Both Jon Calvert and Senior IP Consultant, Josue Ortiz, will be in attendance.
